SMS Messaging Terms

Messages may include technical support communications, troubleshooting information, scheduling, and follow-up regarding installations, upgrades, maintenance, or support requests. SMS consent is obtained verbally by CRI personnel. The CRI website is not used to collect consent to receive text messages.
