Happy 25th Birthday CRI. I have worked with Amy LaBianca for 7 1/2 years at Avaya and she is one of the best reps at your company. Her attention to detail and approach to maintenance as their contracts and purchasing specialist is second to none. I was a Field SAM at Avaya while working with her and our relationship continues with a smile as I just joined Continuant as an Account Executive.

The support and expertise your team has provided over the years on various projects that I have been engaged. The inception of our engagements starting with the communications through the completion of our implementations and post transition support has been good especially with the flexibility and work-arounds that we often encounter on these engagements.
