Avaya DevConnect Technology Partner of the Year 2012

For 2012, Avaya recognized Communication Resources Inc. as 2012 DevConnect Partner of the Year, for the CRI Application Center, a “private cloud” computing environment for the Avaya UC Application Suite and related third party applications.

The DevConnect Partner Excellence Awards not only considered specific solution capabilities, but also five overall characteristics of excellence, including commitment to the promotion and growth of Avaya; demonstrated leadership excellence and collaboration with Avaya; innovation and creativity in addressing business challenges in organizational productivity and efficiency; excellence and integrity in partnering with Avaya, its channels and customers; and continual service contribution, building strong customer relationships that ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

Partner in Customer Excellence Award

The Partner in Customer Excellence Designation is awarded to an Avaya Business Partner for achieving superior customer satisfaction over the past 12 months including both sales and support services to Avaya customers. Only a select group of Partners have attained the Partner in Customer Excellence Designation.

IS-ACE is a turnkey single server VMware® deployment of Avaya Agile Communication Environment™ (ACE).
