Known for his solid leadership, innovation and laser like focus on providing quality solutions and services to clients, Robert has led CRI from the start; From the early days as a premier Octel/VMX VAR to partnerships with Avaya, VMware, Dell, IBM, Microsoft and many other third party software companies, all part of delivering unified communications solutions to enterprises.
When asked about a source of pride, Robert always speaks of job creation. “When you set out on the entrepreneurial path there is always a focus on success and fulfilling opportunities. These are important experiences, but none come close to the moment when you offer someone a job. There is something special about having individuals display their enthusiasm and trust in the opportunity you are offering.”
