  A Letter From Robert Gill
As CRI celebrates 20 years in business it is with great pride and appreciation that I wish to thank our clients, vendors and employees. Together we have taken the concept for CRI and over the last 20 years written many chapters in our amazing history. What started with VMX and Octel , later developing IVR applications, to the early days of Unified Messaging and what today is known as Unified Communications (UC), CRI has been a pioneer for the industry and champion for our clients.
There is tremendous gratification knowing that CRI has clients who first began working with us in 1990-91. In this business when you have very large accounts stay with you that long it speaks volumes about the products we offer and the people who are supporting them. Today CRI clients range from the F500 enterprises; the Premier Partners of Avaya and Microsoft and the SMB businesses which seek to utilize the power of enterprise grade UC application and infrastructure.

CRI has always been fortunate to work with the top vendors in our industry. Today our vendors play a crucial role in our ability to maintain our position as the innovative leader in UC. Customers seek solutions and services which require multi-vendor integrations and support. Together CRI and our vendors have risen to the call and look forward to developing and supporting the innovation of tomorrow.

CRI has an incredible staff! I can’t say enough about what they have accomplished during the last 20 years and our clients join me in that regard. Not a week goes by without a few notes from customers who have something fantastic to say about our employees as they author not just a thank you but a detailed account of why their experience was so special. Roaming the halls of CRI’s facilities I beam with pride watching our employees collaborating together, some with 20 years of service and others measured in months, all playing an important role.I thank them for the incredible effort and sacrifices both they and often their families have made over the years.

As I look forward I am as enthusiastic as ever about CRI. This summer we introduced the CRI Application Center, the industry’s first turnkey infrastructure that supports UC applications from Avaya, Microsoft, IBM and many other developers. Our virtualized appliance, CRI IS, continues to be a hit as sales volumes increase quarter to quarter and new applications are supported. Our solutions are supporting applications for voice mail, gateways, conference bridges, voice portals, presence servers, mobility solutions.Coming this fall we will be launching our new service offering titled “CRI Care”. CRI Care was created to meet the customer demand for a universal help desk and asa tribute to our amazing customers who continue to choose CRI.You voiced your needs, we listened.
